Standard: The fee comprises a certain percentage of the personal recruitment according to position and salary level during the first year.
Superior: The fee is agreed upon in the run-up, regardless of the annual salary.
Premium: A flat rate (monthly/quarterly) for several recruiting orders within one year
Next to these three fee-categories for the custom-made selection of candidates, there is also the possibility of choosing and of contracting applicants from the competence-centre. In case this search is successful, special fees shall apply that are communicated upon personal contact.
