    How to find the right candidate

    After an extensive, personal briefing with the company to evaluate all necessary information including a detailed position profile and precise  qualification requirements, potential candidates are  identified. A pre-selection is  presented to the customer for further screening. The selected candidates are  invited to a first personal interview with KnabConsult, references are  obtained and presented to the company including  an evaluation of the person. The entire  coordination for further interviews within the shortlist is  handled by KnabConsult in order to facilitate  the company’s i decision process as much as possible.

    The personnel recruitment is anything but done with the signing of the contract, but is  completed when the candidate is completely/entirely integrated into the company. This includes  accompanied counselling and caring within the first 12 months, however at least until the end of the trial period.
