The founder of the company, Andreas Knab, feels like home in the hotel business since the beginning of his career in 1981. From the qualification of a fully trained hotel clerk up to being a hotel manager, he went through all different levels  a hotel has to offer. He is also experienced concerning the different standards of accommodation.  Having worked in  budget hotels,middle class hotels and in a grand hotel, Andreas Knab has come to know all fields of the hotel business in Germany as well as in foreign countries . As a host out of conviction he has significantly contributed to the satisfaction and wellbeing of his guests. In his function as a personal consultant and –recruiter connecting people with each other and seeing them satisfied is still a matter of his particular concern.

He has developed a professional and competent structure that gives him the possibility to dedicate himself to his core tasks.
